The Jeep Gladiator conquering rough terrain

We’ve always been a big fan of the Jeep® Gladiator. After it earned the title spot of J.D. Power’s U.S. Initial Quality Study, we can say that experts agree. Bernard’s Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM is sharing all the exciting details.

U.S. Initial Quality Study

J.D. Power is a global leader in data and analytics for the automotive industry. Each year, they conduct a U.S. Initial Quality Study that surveys new buyers about the first 90 days of ownership of their new vehicle and records any problems they experienced. Each segment is evaluated on a number of key areas, such as driving experience, infotainment systems, and interior.

Jeep® Gladiator Results

The Jeep Gladiator earned the top spot on the 2025 U.S. Initial Quality Study for midsize pickup trucks. It outperformed the other models in seven of the 10 key areas. Combined with the Jeep Wrangler, which finished second in its segment, it helped the Jeep brand improve its performance score by 13 points over the previous year. This is the second time in just three years that the Jeep truck has placed first in its segment.

Stellantis Responds

Stellantis, the owners of Jeep, are thrilled with its brands’ performances. “We’re building momentum and, more importantly, building trust,” said Yuri Rodrigues, the senior VP of Quality for Stellantis North America. “These results show that we’re listening to our customers and putting them at the center of every decision we make. We are focused on setting the highest ambitions in quality, and the time is now to execute.”
