Bernard’s is offering this Lifetime Powertrain Warranty on qualified vehicles so you can feel confident and comfortable knowing that when you purchase here you have sustainable coverage on some of the most critical components of your vehicle. • • Is There A Catch to the Lifetime Warranty?

  There are no crazy maintenance requirements. No limits on the geography of where you can drive. You can even choose where you have your vehicle serviced. Qualified vehicles include New and Pre-Owned vehicles currently covered by the factory powertrain warranty, other than those considered performance, business use, diesel, full electric BEV, and some foreign makes/models. See dealer for details and a list of non-qualified products. Vehicles not covered due to these exclusions may still be sold with a Limited 3 Month 3,000 powertrain warranty.

  • Does the Lifetime Powertrain Warranty Expire?

  Provided you take care of your vehicle’s regular maintenance, you will be covered under the lifetime powertrain warranty for as long as you own the vehicle. There’s no mileage limit or expiration date.

  • How Much Does This Lifetime Coverage Cost?

  Our Lifetime Powertrain Warranty comes with all eligible new and pre-owned vehicles we sell at no additional cost to you. And, the benefits are enormous, because our commitment to you is much more than simply a warranty program. It’s about making sure you’re covered for whatever happens down the road. Not only do you receive powertrain coverage for as long as you own the vehicle, but you also receive 10 years roadside assistance. The powertrain warranty and roadside service are valid throughout the US and Canada.

  • What Does The Bernard’s CDJR Lifetime Limited Warranty Cover?

  The engine, transmission, and drive axle assemblies and all internally lubricated parts for both 2, 4 and all-wheel drive plus all seals and gaskets and that’s not all, it even provides complimentary towing coverage when a covered component fails!
  

  • What Are The Maintenance Requirements For The Lifetime Powertrain Warranty?

  The maintenance requirements are easy, just follow the manufacturer’s guidelines and you’ll remain eligible for the warranty. This means you need to have regular oil changes, tire rotations and other standard maintenance items to ensure you keep your vehicle running right. You are welcome to take your vehicle to any certified shop, anywhere in the country, however, we would love to have you back at Bernard’s CDJR for all your maintenance needs.

  • Are There Any Extra Maintenance Requirements?

  No, just follow the manufacturer’s recommended maintenance outlined in your owner’s manual.

  • Do I Have To Bring My Car Back To The Service Department At The Bernard’s CDJR When I Have A Warranty Claim?

  Yes, just come see us and any covered repairs will be taken care of. However, if you’re traveling or move away, you can take your vehicle to any authorized licensed repair facility in the United States or Canada.

  • Is There Any Deductible For A Warranty Claim?

  Should a powertrain repair be necessary, there is a very reasonable $500 deductible, although if you bring it to Bernard’s CDJR service center, the deductible will be reduced to $200. It’s your choice.

  • If I Sell My Vehicle Is The Warranty Transferable?

  The warranty does not transfer over with your vehicle once it’s sold. The warranty is registered to you, as our valued customer.

  • What Can I expect The Roadside Assistance To Include?

  The program comes with 24-hours a day and 7 Days a Week Round-The-Clock roadside assistance. Towing, flat tire change, battery service, lock-out assistance, along with fuel, oil, fluid, and water delivery. Click on the LIFETIME BROCHURE button to learn more about these services.
