What is the Mopar TireWorks Program?

The Mopar TireWorks Program provides a limited warranty for the repair or replacement of a covered tire if it becomes unserviceable due to a road hazard. This warranty only covers losses within the fifty (50) United States and excludes cosmetic damage.

To be eligible, you must be the original purchaser of the tire, and it must have been on your vehicle when the damage occurred. All program benefits are paid directly to the participating dealership; no cash payments are made to customers.

Where can I purchase an original tire & get service?

You must buy an original tire from a participating Mopar dealership to be eligible for program benefits. To receive benefits, you must take your vehicle and the covered tire to any participating dealership. A current list of dealerships is available at www.mopar.com.

What if I’m out of town?

If you are unable to return to your original dealership, you can contact Mopar Vehicle Protection at 800-521-9922 for help finding the nearest participating dealer.

How long are my tires covered?

You are entitled to program benefits for the duration of the Coverage Period as defined in the program details.

Will my tires be repaired or replaced?

The dealership will first determine if the tire can be safely repaired. If so, you will receive the Tire Repair Benefit. If it cannot be repaired, it will be replaced with an identical or comparable quality tire.

What if I have an AWD vehicle?

No, the program only covers the specific tire(s) that were damaged. It will not replace all four tires.

How do I file a claim?

  • Bring your vehicle, the damaged tire(s), and the original purchase invoice to a participating dealership for inspection.
  • After the repair or replacement, you must sign the service invoice. The dealership will copy your original purchase invoice and the new service invoice to submit to the program administrator.

What if I need a tow or tire change?

The program provides up to $25 per occurrence for a service provider to change your flat tire with your spare. If you don’t have a spare, your vehicle can be towed to the nearest participating dealership. You are responsible for any costs exceeding the $25 limit.

Can I transfer my benefits?

No. The benefits cannot be transferred to another person, vehicle, or set of tires. The coverage terminates if the vehicle or tires are transferred.

What if I have other coverage?

The Mopar TireWorks program benefits are secondary to any other primary coverage you may have (like insurance or another warranty). The program’s payout will be reduced by the amount covered by your primary plan.

What is not covered under this program?

There is no coverage for any of the following:

  • Repairs made by anyone other than a Participating Dealership.
  • Tires used on commercial, farming, or racing vehicles.
  • Tires with a tread depth of 3/32” or less.
  • Damage from accidents, collisions, theft, vandalism, or natural disasters.
  • Damage due to manufacturer defect, recall, misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance.
  • Cosmetic damage, temporary/spare tires, or tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS).
  • Damage that occurs outside of the United States.

General Conditions & Other Information

  • The program is provided free of charge, is non-renewable, and cannot be cancelled.
  • You are responsible for any expenses not explicitly covered by the Program Benefits.
  • Claims involving fraud or false information will be denied, and submitting a fraudulent claim may be a crime.
